Fluke has identified a safety issue affecting Beha-Amprobe branded MT204-S Machinery-Testers (“Testers”) manufactured in 2018 or later when used in high voltage testing function.

Fluke Corporation has identified a safety issue affecting certain Amprobe brand AM-500-EUR, AM-500-EUR KIT, AM-510-EUR, AM-510-EUR KIT and HEX60-D Digital Multimeters, when used in CAT III electrical installations above 250 volts. (MEASUREMENT CATEGORY (CAT) III is applicable to test and measuring circuits suitable for connection to the distribution part of a building’s low-voltage mains installation.) As a precautionary measure, Fluke has decided to recall all the affected products and provide affected customers with a no-cost repair.

Important Voluntary Recall Information Regarding Beha-Amprobe ADPTR-SCT-EUR Socket Check Adapter. Customers, please IMMEDIATELY STOP using these affected Schuko-Adapters and return them to your distributor for free of charge replacement. We have identified a potential safety issue affecting the Beha-Amprobe 4854899 ADPTR-SCT-EUR Socket Check Adapter – Schuko (“Schuko-Adapter”) sold after March 1st, 2019. The affected serial number range are 42760001 – 42769999 as well as serial numbers 48190001 - 48199999.
